We endeavour to comply with the specified delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of delays.

If you have any questions about the current status of your order, please contact our customer service team directly. Please have the order number ready to enable us to allocate your enquiry quickly and accurately and answer it immediately.

As a general rule, we use the Swiss postal service for delivery. This does not apply to items which, due to their size and weight, must be shipped by a forwarding agent. In order to be able to place an order via a forwarding agent, a telephone number must be provided.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery by post, the package will be left at the post office for 7 days for collection. If you have an account with the postal service, you can also extend the collection period.

If you do not collect the package within the set period, it will be returned to us for a fee. We will contact you and discuss the next steps with you.

If you would like to cancel an individual item or the entire order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to do this for you. Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item in question has not yet been prepared for dispatch.

We offer you a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the package if an item does not meet your expectations. Please note that we can only accept returns as new and in their original packaging.

 

Individual product categories such as food & beverages, made-to-measure products, hygiene items, underwear with the original packaging open and items that are associated with the conclusion of a contract are excluded from the right of return.

Please report the damage to your nearest post office within 8 days. 
If your claim is valid, you will receive a replacement or a refund based on availability. If the damage to the delivery is reported after this 8-day period, there is no entitlement to compensation.

Is your product faulty? Please send photos and a brief description of the problem to our customer service team. We will then ask you to return the product in question to the responsible service partner. We will do our best to exchange the item under warranty. If the inspection shows that there is no entitlement to warranty cover in this case, we will inform you of the reasons for this.

Does the size of an ordered item not fit? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for a different size. However, we do offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your package. Please note that we can only accept returns for new products in their original packaging.

Generally, the delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post. Drinks in glass bottles are delivered by the Vinolog service of Swiss Post. Exceptions are products which, due to their size or weight, have to be shipped by a forwarding agent.

We guarantee the lowest price in Swiss online retail for all products during the period of the offer (excluding shipping charges). Our team regularly checks the market prices and changes before and during the offer period. However, prices in online trading change very quickly and we can never completely rule out changes. If you have found the same item somewhere else for a lower price, please let us know immediately and we will adjust our price. If you have already ordered the item from us, you will be refunded the difference.
